About Me
I am an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher (200 hr RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a certified Nutritionist.
My classes are a mix of Vinyasa Flows, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Classical Hatha Yoga. I aim to incorporate the essence of different styles in my classes to focus on all aspects of health - physical, mental, and emotional.
The classes are carefully and creatively designed to incorporate adjustments to suit individuals, including a fine balance of strength, balance, flexibility, agility, mindfulness, proper breathwork, body-mind connection, & relaxation.
With my aim to help people with a healthy physical & Mental body, I gained interest in the study of nutrition and explored the subject in detail, and started helping people with the art of eating right and working out to maintain a healthy body and sound mind.
